The settlement waterfall
Calculated on verified tonnage from the weighbridge ledger and settled before any other party is paid.
Haulers and aggregators are paid against sealed weight tickets, not against submitted claims.
Debt service on financed assets draws from the remainder, with the schedule visible to the lender.
What is left is retained by the operating company. Being last is the point — it is what makes the first three credible.
