About
We built the money design before we built the map.
MetroCir began from a specific failure mode: waste concessions in fast-growing African cities collapse on collections and evidence, not on trucks. So the first thing we shipped was the settlement order — municipality, vendor, lender, operator — and an append-only weight ledger, and only then the dispatch and telemetry around them.
The platform is one product with one story, sold to municipalities across Africa. Each city operates it on its own host. The first live concession is Dar es Salaam. Internal engineering names, demo seed organisations and repository labels never appear on a screen a councillor or a driver sees.
We are candid about stage. The first city is real; production mobile money, wastewater and credit issuance are not. Every claim on this site maps to a line in our competitive positioning document, which we hand over in briefings.
