FAQ

Short answers.

Is this where I pay my waste bill?

No. Residents and commercial clients pay on that city's operating host — never on metrocir.com. The first live host is Dar es Salaam (ops.darcircular.com).

How is billing structured?

Monthly batch invoices per customer tier, in the city's currency. TZS carries zero decimals. We never invoice per job.

Where do operators and drivers sign in?

On the city operator host — never on metrocir.com. Dispatch, weighbridge, vendor and driver desks all live there. The first live host is listed under Cities.

What is the difference between this site and ops?

MetroCir is the platform. Each city concession runs on its own operator host. This site explains the product; the city host runs it.

Are you live in more than one city?

One live city: Dar es Salaam, listed under Cities. Lagos is provisioned and deliberately parked until the first concession is signed off.

Do you sell carbon credits?

No. We run Tier 1–2 monitoring of diversion and avoided disposal. No credits are issued, held or marketed.

Is mobile money in production?

Not yet. The rails are integrated in sandbox with queued settlement. Production cutover is a named next step, not a current claim.

How do you compare to AMCS or Routeware?

They are mature enterprise suites built for cities with addresses, weighbridge estates and card payments. We start from concession money design, host isolation and field realities in African cities — and we are explicit about the enterprise routing depth we do not yet match.
